CCC is particularly interested in financing projects between $10 and $150 million, including office blocks, industrial complexes, shopping centres, and large residential projects.

We are active in the provision of equity, construction loan, and long term financing for real estate projects. Bridging or constructions loans can be combined with the take out funding, and hence long term finance.

In terms of real estate acquisition funding, CCC operates with a simple philosophy. Would we commit our personal funds to the project? If we are prepared to commit our funds to acquire the property, then we have grounds to invest the funds of our depositors and investors. This fundamental attitude shapes the elements of CCC's particular approach to evaluating financing and investment opportunities.

We realize that large, complex real estate transactions and the needs of various participants will not fit into a convenient pre-existing structure. Therefore, CCC has no "typical" transaction. Rather, each is different. Flexibility and innovative thinking are always the key ingredients.

CCC is able and willing to commit its resources, as well as the efforts of its personnel, to transactions CCC believes in. This gives CCC the credibility of a principal with both the developers of property seeking funding and with our equity investors.

The CCC investment outlook is usually long-term and is always parallel to that of its investment clients and partners. CCC prefers to take long-term equity positions
