 Urban Cash Flow / ( Partners) has developed procedures that enable them to purchase these non-assignable instruments and give the recipients of these payments an up front lump sum cash payment.                                               

  Guidelines

 1. Recipient of payments cannot be a minor or an individual under guardianship (certain cases can qualify with appropriate judicial order)

 2. Recipient cannot be disabled and relying on payments for medical treatments

 3. Recipient cannot depend on the payments being sold as sole means of support

 The Process

 When an offer is accepted, Urban Cash Flow / ( Partners) sends an application package to the annuitant.  When this application is completed and returned, Urban Cash Flow & (Prosperity Partners) will have closing documents prepared and submitted to the annuitant for signature.  These documents are forwarded to the closing agent.  Once the documents are received, funds are committed and held by the closing agent until the provisions of the closing documents are met.  At this time the necessary letters of instruction are submitted to the insurance company making payment.  Once the insurance company acknowledges the changes outlined in the letters of instruction, funds are released to the annuitant and the transaction is closed.
